Who We Are

Salute Catering is a small family run business founded by Sally Gittus. Based in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne, Sally’s career began as a personal trainer, however the idea of creating good food as a way to bring friends and family together was motivation enough for her to slowly transfer her time into the hospitality industry.

Sally has an Italian background and a love of Asian cuisine however, her menus are extremely versatile.  A variety of  options are available to cater for all types of events and individual needs.
