WAIT STAFF & COOKS
Cooks and wait staff cost is in addition to menu pricing. Cooks are charged at $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Wait and bar staff are charged at $40.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours each.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required prior to your event. 50% non-refundable deposit 7 days prior and balance to be paid 1 day prior.
Unless otherwise arranged, Salute Catering may withhold supply of products and/or services should our payments terms not be met.
We accept cash or bank transfer payments.
ORDERING
We require a minimum of 7 working days’ notice for final numbers. This will form the basis of our billing. We also understand that there are last minute changes and special requests. Our staff will endeavour to accommodate these.
